✈️ BREAKING: Starlink Expands Across Southwest Airlines Fleet

Southwest Airlines is taking in-flight connectivity to a new level with the rollout of Starlink Wi-Fi across its fleet. The satellite internet service is already available on selected aircraft, giving passengers a faster and more connected experience while traveling.

Travelers flying on equipped aircraft can now see “WiFi Powered by Starlink” directly in the Southwest app, making it easier to know when Starlink connectivity is available.

🚀 High-Speed Internet From Takeoff to Landing

With Starlink, passengers can stay connected throughout their journey. The service is designed to support streaming, gaming, remote work, browsing and multiple connected devices, potentially making long flights much more productive and entertaining.

For passengers, the biggest change could be the ability to maintain a more reliable internet connection while in the air—whether they are watching videos, answering emails, joining work activities or simply staying connected with friends and family.

🌐 Southwest Targets 300+ Starlink Aircraft

The rollout is only getting started. Southwest plans to have more than 300 aircraft equipped with Starlink by the end of 2026, marking a major expansion of satellite-powered connectivity across its network.

As more aircraft receive the technology, Starlink could become an increasingly familiar part of the Southwest flying experience.

✈️ A New Era for In-Flight Connectivity

The partnership represents another major step toward making high-speed internet a standard part of air travel. With more passengers expecting seamless connectivity wherever they go, satellite technology is rapidly changing what people can do during a flight.

For Southwest passengers, the message is clear: the next generation of in-flight Wi-Fi is already taking off.
